A flexible spending account (FSA) is a program that allows you to set aside money (before taxes) for specific health care expenses. If you’re unsure whether or not you have an FSA, please check with your employer or insurance company.
Warby Parker accepts FSA dollars for all prescription eyewear purchases (including prescription sunglasses and progressives!) and exams, as long as your FSA or HSA card is affiliated with a major credit card.
If you would like to use your FSA or HSA card to pay for a portion of your purchase and apply the remaining balance to a different card, please call us at 888.492.7297, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. ET. We’re happy to set that up.
You can place an order online, or by giving us a ring at 888.492.7297, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. ET. Make sure you have an up-to-date prescription and a PD, which can be measured here.
Yes, you abso-toot-ly can.
A few of our retail locations offer eye exams, and your FSA will cover the cost. Find a location here.
We’ll include an electronic receipt with your shipping confirmation email, and a physical copy with your purchase. If you need another copy, email [email protected].
We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for all of our eyewear, so we are happy to exchange your frames for a different pair if you aren’t satisfied. However, we recommend checking with your insurance provider before requesting a refund to an FSA card. For some insurance plans, your funds will be forfeited if you request a refund.
