Tatum was a pleasure to work with. She worked fast and efficient. She fixed my glasses in minutes. And has an awesome personality.

Went in for some glasses and sunglasses. Was greeted well and given a tray. I explained what I was looking for, but he said it was scattered all over. Then I asked if they were in alphabetical order, and he said no. So, I was trying to find the ones on the website but could find the name. Spent a total of 5 min inside and left the tray, and walked out. I thought it was going to be a great experience to look for glasses, but it was not.

As a person with a crazy-huge phobia when it comes to eyes... the optometrist at this location acknowledged my fear and treated me with compassion, understanding and actually relaxed me a bit to conduct the eye exam. I gained a great sense of trust for the optometrist and her knowledge and capability at this location. Following the exam, the women working the eyeglasses section were so helpful in my choosing of both prescription glasses as well as sunglasses. I never felt rushed and they helped me choose the best look for me. They also were very detailed in selecting options and explaining the costs, as well as the warranties and return policies. I would highly recommend Warby-Parker and this Fort Worth site.

Great experience, myriad of options - bought two pair!!

The representative I dealt with was most friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My only problem with Warby Parker was that they did not offer lined trifocals.

I was disappointed to receive the uncaring response to my concern about my glasses not reflecting my prescription I specifically requested and paid for to make sure it was accurate. Rather than investigating, my glasses were return and the money was refunded. It seems like it is more cost effective to simply refund the money than actually providing customer service. While we were happy with Warby Parker before, we are now clearly directed toward not trusting the brand anymore, which is unfortunate. I really wished we had someone with enough sensitivity to address our concern. There was no need to just refund the purchase. There were so many more options to avoid that. In our opinion, this was not a good example of customer service that actually leads to a resolution addressing the issue.

I love Warby Parker! They’re super friendly, helpful and informative when I went in today. They even helped me pick the best frames for my face shape. They got me in without an appt for an eye exam and the Dr was great as well. I honestly wouldn’t want to get glasses anywhere else now. It was easy and their prices are reasonable! It was $85 for an exam, $95 for non prescription sunglasses, $195 for prescription glasses. That was without insurance.
