My experience was okay. My mom's experience has been nothing but hellish. We picked up our glasses and she tried them on at the North Park store. The first "optician" that "assisted" her seemed like he was irritated that he was asked to help us next. He put our glasses in front of us then walked away to help another customer. My mom was trying to see if her single vision glasses were correct as this was a different prescription. Another "optician" walked up and started to ask questions, holding up a card to see what she could read. My mom told her her concerns, that being that she couldn't see clearly and things were blurry. The "optician" told her it was possibly the nose pads ( cause that makes things blurry 🤔) and adjusted the nose pads. Surprise surprise, that didn't change anything. They told her that she just needed to get used to the new prescription. She agreed as it was obvious they didn't want to be bothered. I understand being overwhelmed when it's busy, but a customer's concerns should be addressed immediately and not blown off like they don't know what they're talking about. The next day she emailed WP online and the experience has been even worse. Turns out the salesperson upsold her Anti-fatigue lenses that were not appropriate for her prescription. The company now will not make this right without rebilling her insurance. As she bought her glasses in 2023, this will now impact her 2024 insurance, something that she was not told before it was processed. Warby Parker claims a 30 day return/exchange policy that they do NOT stand by. They do NOT train their "opticians" well enough to be able to solve a problem that goes beyond adjusting the nose pads or bending the arms of the glasses. Trying to communicate with them online is even worse. The emails are so confusing I genuinely believe they are being written by a bot. Nothing Warby Parker has done has made this situation better. Every email comes from a different "person" (5 at this point) and with different answers. Unfortunately, Warby Parker does not value customers, as I've learned from this experience. I will NEVER recommend them and would advise anybody I can to stay away. Do better Warby Parker.

My Warby Parker experience was top notch! Busy store, but I was here less than 5 minutes before a guy asked if he could help. He was fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, helpful… all of these. Loved my experience here!!

This was my first time using Warby Parker. Other companies only had maybe 1 or 2 frames that I was considering. But Warby Parker had an excellent selection of affordable frames and lenses that also fit my style. Plus they even accepted my insurance. The staff at the North Park location were very attentive and helpful, especially Indiana. She was able to help me narrow down the glasses I wanted to choose. And yes, I went with two because of the great price and extra 15% off. I also needed to get my glasses in two weeks due to upcoming travel and with expediting the shipment, it should arrive within 6 business days. I'd definitely recommend Warby Parker for anyone looking for new glasses!

Really impressed with Warby Parker! I have been purchasing my prescription glasses from my optometrist but wanted to try something more affordable. I went in store and was really thankful the sales reps weren't pushy. I felt comfortable to take my time to search for my frames. I initially bought two pairs: Madeleine and Elias. I ended up exchanging the Elias pair because I wasn't happy with how the frames looked with my prescription. My prescription is pretty high 7.25/7 and I have astigmatism on my left eye. I exchanged the Elias frames for Felix. However, I had to exchange them twice because my prescription felt off with the Felix lenses. I only kept my Madeleine pair but I LOVE them. Even with the three exchanges, I was so glad I didn't annoy anybody. Wary Parker is really flexible and the sales reps were very helpful. Overall, I definitely plan to come back for future glasses!

I went in to buy my first new pair of glasses in like 3 years before a roadtrip in late September and they were able to get my new pair sent to me within a day of me leaving. It was insane how quickly they got it to me. Now I go in because I bent my glasses to hell. They had me fixed up and walking out of there within 20 minutes. Absolutely top tier customer service. Literally left there dumbstruck. 11/10

I went into Warby this evening and Indiana and another Warby employee (I did not catch his name) helped me fix my glasses that had an arm that have come off. This was no easy task as they were crooked and had some complex issues. Both of them took the time to fix them and were so incredibly kind. It was basically like they performed surgery on these glasses and I am so grateful.

Come here with low expectations. I usually do business at the Knox store where the customer service is exceptional - here not so much. This location they either really don’t want you to be in there making them busy or they’re so busy they don’t want you in there making them busier. Adjustments take forever cause they only have 1 optician working. Staff is in so annoyed by all the foot traffic and lookie loos from the mall.

Everyone is terrific. And your opticians are superior.

Essan was very helpful. Store was welcoming, clean and all around a great experience with a variety of frames for different face sizes (ie has petite frames).
